         contracted at a package price. Attendees that stay offsight or book outside of the IDA program increase the

• No Refunds after October 12, 2009.
• Cancellation fee on all cancellations before Oct 12, 2009 is $50.00.
• $200.00 Booth deposit is non-refundable
